What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, along with major cards and mobile wallets shown at checkout. With Cash on Delivery, you can check and confirm your product before paying, so you always know exactly what you are receiving.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Since we offer Cash on Delivery, our team may call to confirm your order details before it is packed and dispatched.

Track Order

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or phone so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep, anywhere across Pakistan.

Orders & Shipping

Do you deliver across all of Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to every major city across Pakistan, from Peshawar to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Delivery usually takes a few business days depending on your location.
If your order has not yet been packed, you can request a change or cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Since most orders are Cash on Delivery, you will also have a final chance to check the product before paying.

Is Cash on Delivery really available on every order?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on orders across Pakistan, letting you inspect your fragrance before you pay a single rupee.
At the moment, we do not offer store credit. Every approved return or exchange is handled directly as a refund or a replacement fragrance, whichever you prefer.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a lifetime return or refund on any Sheen-i fragrance that has not been used, even a single day after delivery. Every returned product is checked by our team to confirm it is unused before a refund or exchange is approved.
Once our team confirms that your returned product is unused, refunds are usually processed within a few business days back to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to order from Sheen-i?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track your orders and reorder your favorite scent later.

Sheen-i products are sold through sheen-i.com and a small number of verified partners. None of these partners are authorized to sell anything other than genuine Sheen-i fragrances, so you can always shop with confidence.
